By downloading, accessing, or using ZEALO / RepTrack Pro, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

ZEALO is the product name used publicly. As described on our About page, the app and this site are operated in connection with AutoClosure. These Terms do not invent a legal entity suffix (LLC/Inc), registered mailing address, or governing-law clause beyond what About already states.

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, your use of the licensed application is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) (or the custom EULA Apple displays for the listing, if any). In practice: these website Terms apply to your relationship with the ZEALO product and this site, and Apple's EULA applies to the App Store–licensed copy of the app. Apple is not a party to these website Terms except as required by Apple's own agreements; billing for In-App Purchases is handled by Apple.

ZEALO is designed to help users track workouts, manage templates and schedules, review progress, generate workout or nutrition plans, import trainer documents, export reports, and use optional HealthKit integration, optional iCloud backup, AI-assisted planning and coaching, widgets, and Live Activities where available in your build.

Features vary by version and may not all be live in every App Store build. The About page explains what ships today versus what is still being built.

ZEALO is a fitness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device, medical service, diagnostic tool, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout recommendations, nutrition suggestions, readiness insights, cycle-aware content, and AI output are informational only.

Always use your judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app is lawful and appropriate for your circumstances. We do not invent a specific age or jurisdiction requirement in these Terms beyond Apple's App Store rules and applicable law. You agree not to rely on the app in emergencies or high-risk situations.

ZEALO offers premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit), including product identifiers in the com.reptrackpro.premium.* family (monthly and annual).

• Code fallback pricing shown in the product is $24.99/month and $249.99/year.
• Where offered, the trial length in code is a 14-day free trial.
• Live App Store and in-app paywall prices and trial terms govern and may vary by region, taxes, currency localization, and Apple storefront rules.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID after the trial unless canceled earlier. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore purchases through Apple's restore flow. Refunds, billing disputes, and renewal handling are subject to Apple's policies.

You retain ownership of the personal workout and profile data you create in the app. The app is local-first; optional iCloud backup stores selected data (such as workouts, profile, templates, and photos) in your Apple iCloud private CloudKit database. Daily Apple Health / physiology readings are not included in iCloud backups; cycle data is included only if you enable cycle backup. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for maintaining your own exports or backups if the information is important to you, especially before deleting data or performing restore actions. There is no documented ZEALO-hosted full account export portal separate from device storage and Apple iCloud controls.

AI-generated workouts, nutrition suggestions, coaching responses, weekly insights, and similar outputs are provided for general informational use only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or not suitable for your specific condition, equipment, or goals. Configured providers (including OpenAI and others) may receive profile, workout, nutrition, physiology summaries, and categorical cycle phase context as described in the Privacy Policy and in-app disclosures.

You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before acting on it.

Some features depend on Apple services such as HealthKit, CloudKit/iCloud, notifications, StoreKit, and the App Store. Some features may also depend on third-party AI providers and analytics/crash tools (for example Firebase in the app, Plausible on this website).

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service limitations imposed by Apple or third parties.

You agree not to misuse the app or site, interfere with normal operation, abuse support channels, reverse engineer or redistribute the app beyond what applicable law allows, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that harms others or violates law.

ZEALO, its design, software, branding, content structure, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your user-created workout and profile content remains yours as stated above.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including premium features, AI integrations, backup behavior, exports, or public legal/support pages. We may also update these Terms by revising the date and publishing an updated version here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEALO and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This includes no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or fitness results arising out of your use of the app or site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the app service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms do not invent a governing-law or venue clause. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence may still apply.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscription through Apple. We may limit access to support pages, public resources, or future services if they are abused or misused.
