Contact

One inbox, read by one person.

Email is the only channel. There is no support desk and no ticket queue, because there is no team: Manikanta Sirumalla reads everything that arrives and replies himself.

Limits

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical advice. That is not a liability formality, it is a statement of who is on the other end of the email: a software engineer, not a physician or a dietitian. So we cannot tell you whether a symptom is serious, interpret a blood panel or a cycle log, adjust anything you have been prescribed, or advise on training or eating around a diagnosis or a pregnancy.

Those belong with a clinician who can see your history and your actual results. If something worries you medically, please contact a qualified professional rather than waiting on a reply here, and seek urgent care for anything urgent.

Reasons to write

What email is good for

  • Something on this site is wrongBest handled through corrections, which explains what to include and what happens next.
  • A question about the appBugs, a feature that is not behaving, or whether something is actually shipping yet.
  • Privacy or your dataWhat the app stores and where it goes is set out in the privacy policy. Email if something there is unclear or you want data removed.
  • A source we should be citingParticularly if a page states a number and the reference behind it is thin or dated.

In-app support requests are sent to support@reptrackpro.org, which reaches the same person.

Reference

The terms this all runs under

Emailing does not create a clinician relationship or a support commitment. The terms and conditions cover use of the app and this site, the privacy policy covers what happens to your data, and corrections covers factual errors in published content.
